About Our Programme
This training program will prepare you to become a certified singing bowl teacher. You will gain in-depth knowledge including but not limited to the followings:
1) History and origins of singing bowls.
2) Different types of singing bowls.
3) How to pick and preserve your singing bowls.
4) Techniques for tone production, vibration, harmonics and extended resonance.
5) You will also study therapeutic applications and learn protocols for integrating bowls into sound healing sessions, meditation, stress relief and more.
6) Sound principles
7) Chakra system knowledge
8) How to incorporate sining bowls into yoga classes and private sessions.
Students will receive a Yoga Alliance recognized YACEP certification after completion, allowing them to confidently use singing bowls during yoga classes and their own practice.
